Location: Naperville, IL

Schedule: Mon–Fri 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

Compensation: $16 per hour, plus a $2,000 prepaid card for medical expenses (prorated based on start date)

About the Role

You'll be the backbone of our facilities, keeping both our office and production areas clean, safe, and organized. The role gives you the flexibility to move between office and manufacturing environments while holding the highest cleanliness standards. Your attention to detail directly supports the team's safety and well-being.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized spaces in office and production areas

• Operate floor care equipment and janitorial tools properly

• Handle cleaning products and chemicals according to safety procedures

• Work independently to manage daily tasks and complete assignments on schedule

• Communicate with team members and report maintenance or safety concerns

What You'll Bring

• Are comfortable moving between office and manufacturing environments

• Have a careful eye for detail and take pride in keeping spaces clean

• Know how to use floor care equipment and handle cleaning chemicals safely

• Can stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods through a shift

• Communicate clearly with teammates across departments
