What You Will Do

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. This person will design and deliver scalable software solutions, drive the development of new products and features, and use AI as a core part of how they build — taking full ownership of AI-generated output and the quality of what ships. This is a role for someone who is excited about growing into product development and shaping what we build, not just how we build it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and domain experts to build high-impact solutions.

• Drive the implementation of new products and features from concept to production.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code — including reviewing and taking accountability for AI-assisted output.

• Use AI tools actively to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and documentation; you're expected to leverage them, not avoid them.

• Develop test scripts and work with automation tools and debuggers across the full stack.

• Shepherd contributions through peer reviews, testing, deployment, and monitoring in production.

• Design and implement APIs, backend services, and event-driven architectures.

• Collaborate on the future of user experience using qualitative feedback and quantitative analytics to identify business opportunities.

• Improve development workflows through CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native practices.

• Contribute to product direction over time — this role is designed to grow toward product ownership for the right person.
