What You Will Do
Perform daily cleaning tasks throughout office and production areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas to ensure they are stocked, sanitized, and presentable.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the facility and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Clean production floors and work areas, including window and glass of interior glass doors and walls, in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards; remove debris, cardboard, plastic, and other materials.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers as needed.
Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, and other janitorial materials; report when supplies are running low.
Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and other cleaning needs throughout the facility.
Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working order; report any damage or malfunction.
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and PPE requirements.
Support facilities projects such as seasonal deep cleans, setup/breakdown for company events, and minor facility upkeep tasks.
Performs additional duties as required.
Responsibilities may vary based on daily facility needs. Employee will be expected to move between office and production settings as required.
What You Will Bring
Ability to work comfortably in both an office setting and a manufacturing/production environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to communicate in English is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and proper handling/storage procedures.
Ability to operate floor care equipment and other janitorial tools.
Exercise caution and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete daily tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members across departments.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift.
