What This Role Really Is
The internal owner of candidate experience end-to-end
A strategic partner to hiring managers, not an order-taker
A systems-oriented operator who brings structure to fast-moving hiring needs
A culture carrier who understands that how we hire matters as much as who we hire
What You Will Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role needs, success profiles, and hiring plans
Proactively source and attract high-quality candidates through outbound, referrals, and networks
Manage candidate pipelines with speed, clarity, and consistency
Run a best-in-class candidate experience — timely updates, clear expectations, thoughtful communication
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and hiring decisions efficiently
Maintain accurate, real-time data in our ATS and internal tracking systems
Identify hiring bottlenecks and propose process improvements
Help shape recruiting strategy, employer brand, and talent processes as we scale
Represent viaPhoton with professionalism, warmth, and high standards at every touchpoint
What You Will Bring
Strong written and verbal communication — clear, confident, and human
Excellent organizational discipline and attention to detail
Sound judgment and the ability to balance speed with quality
Comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
High ownership mentality — you follow things through without being asked
Ability to operate in ambiguity and evolving environments
Curiosity and willingness to learn technical and operational roles deeply
Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred (startup or high-growth environments a plus)
