What You Will Do

We're seeking a data engineer to join the finance team and help build the data infrastructure that powers our strategic decision-making. You will be our analytics Swiss Army knife—building and automating end‐to‐end data pipelines, AI/ML models, and reporting workflows that power finance, operations, and engineering decisions. We're looking for someone who’s not only excited about building robust data systems, but also deeply curious about AI and rapidly evolving technologies — you’ll build tools that drive automation and deliver insights across our company.

• Architect and automate scalable ETL pipelines—integrating ERP, BOM/MES, shipping, and unstructured data
• Embed AI/ML into workflows to slash manual work and surface key insights
• Deliver daily/weekly dashboards and reports that guide C-suite decisions
• Scale our analytics platform for real-time forecasting and ad-hoc analysis
• Own end-to-end technology—from design through delivery
• Perform additional duties as requested

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years building data platforms (B2B/manufacturing a plus)

• Advanced in SQL, Python (or Scala), ETL frameworks

• A track record of embedding AI/ML to boost efficiency

• A bias for action: you own projects end-to-end and iterate fast

• A growth mindset that thrives on new challenges and shifting priorities
